Silent Cries is Pauline Mantley's story and traces the steps of an incredible woman and her healing from a childhood of daily abuse. Her courageous spirit helped her to seek justice and take her uncle to court, twenty-five years after he abused her. It is also the story of her five-year involvement with the criminal justice system in Nova Scotia.
